Project's Initial Measurements

As in all the incredible HULK stories, Dr. Bruce Banner will be running all the experiments on himself, and I couldn't agree more of course, so I'll be doing the same.

And to start things correctly, I need be take a snapshot for the current and most important measurements that I will be tracking their progress as I go through my project.

The first and what really counts of those measurements are actually the main target of this project; my lifts.

My Lifts (1RM, Raw as of 31 Dec 2013):

Deadlift: 170 kg (375 lb) 157% CBW
Squat: TBT
Bench Press: 116 kg (255 lb) 107 % CBW
Over-Head Press: 70 kg (154 lb) 65% CBW

The other measurements are just my physical measurements: weight, chest, trunk, thighs, arms, forearms and calves. I have no specific targets for these, except for my weight which I need it by end of 2014 to be around 100 kg (220 lbs), the reason why is because it will help me achieve my lifting targets since they are proportional to my own body weight!!

My Physical Measurements (31 Dec 2013):

Body Weight: 108 kg (238 lb)
Chest: 118 cm (46.5 inch)
Chest: (nipple line): 120 cm (47.2 inch)
Trunk: 114 cm  (44.9 inch)
Thighs: 65 cm (25.6 inch)
Arms: (Rest): 38 cm (15 inch)
Arms: (Tension): 43 cm (16.9 inch)
Forearms: (Rest): 30 cm (11.8 inch)
Forearms: (Tension): 31 cm (12.2 inch)
Calves: 42 cm  (16.5 inch)

Foot Notes

1RM: One Repetition Max; The maximum weight that can be lifted for a single repetition.
CBW: Current Body Weight.
TBT: To Be Tested.
