HULK's Training Log 20140307, Fri

9:40 am @ my home gym

1. Dynamic Bench Press with Bands
After thorough warm-up, used one jump stretch mini band (pink) per side + 42.5 kg of Bar Weight
Band Tension roughly equals 10 kg per side, resulting in almost 62.5 total weight which is 52 % of my current 1RM
9 sets*3 (3 sets wide, 3 sets medium, and 3 sets close grip) with 60 seconds rest between sets.

2. Parallel Bar Dips
3 sets*10

3. Dumbbell Presses
Used Pair of 35 kg DBs, 4 sets of 11, 7, 10 & 7

My triceps are done.
