1. Reverse Grip Bent Over Rows
86*8, 96*6, 101*6, 101*7, 101*6

2. Static KB Bent Over Alternate Rows
Using 16 kg KBs, 4 sets*12 per arm

Super Set with:

3. Ab Crunches with Legs Over the Bench
Holding a 16 kg KB, 4 sets*12

4. EZ Bar Biceps Curls
25*10, 35*8, 45*6, 45*8, 50*4, 50*6

Super Set with:

5. Rear Delts Band Pull-Aways
Used Monster Mini Jump Stretch Resistance Band (black) wrapped twice around each wrist
5 sets*10

Done!!
